Tommy's Super Swinger Dart was purchased from Charlie Allen. Huston Platt drove this car for Tommy after he first purchased it, but Tommy soon took over the driving duties. Tommy ran a Hemi Barracuda in Super Stock competition before he went funny car racing. Lettered on the front fender is Super Car Shop (Tommy's race car shop) and I remember seeing this car outside of the building when I was a kid. I also saw this car at my first funny car race at Dallas in 1970. -- David Dilbeck
